How many people can you service?
Currently, our NJ/NYC staff can service a bridal party of up to 15 people. Our NC staff can currently service a bridal party of 5 people and as we grow, we hope to be able to service many more
What if I am allergic to your makeup?
Our team carries a wide variety of brands in their kit so if you know a specific brand or chemical you are allergic to, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, we can also use any makeup you own and are comfortable with if you bring it with you for your service.
Do you create a contract?
Yes! We are firm believers of having everything written out so everyone is on the same page. We will draft a contract for all of our wedding and for any formal event where 3 or more guests will be serviced.
What about deposits?
Weddings require a 50% deposit of the bride’s services. Our cancellation policy is fairly flexible and the deposit is fully refundable up until 72 hours prior to our service start time for your event. If cancellations occurring within the 72 hours leading to your event, the deposit is non-refundable.
How far do you travel?
We will travel almost anywhere, even to a different state! With that said, the first 15 miles of travel to your location is free, and every additional mile is $1. Clients would also be required to pay for flights and hotel accommodations if they wish to fly one or a team or artist to service your event.
